About the Ingredients:
Matcha Power: Matcha is a green tea powder loaded with antioxidants that can help fight free radicals in your body. It’s also known for giving you calm alertness, thanks to the combination of caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation. Use good quality Japanese Matcha. Not all Matcha tastes the same or has the same color.
Coconut Flavor and Texture: Coconut milk and Cream brings a luxurious texture, adding a smooth and slightly sweet taste. For those with lactose intolerance or following a vegan diet, coconut milk provides a delicious and creamy alternative to dairy milk. Coconut milk may offer some health benefits like improved immunity and heart health due to its content of lauric acid and medium-chain triglycerides. Use Coconut milk and cream that is unsweetened, so that you can sweeten it to suit your taste.
Pure Maple Syrup: Produced by tapping maple trees, pure maple syrup offers a sustainable and natural sweetener option. Pure maple syrup boasts a deeper flavor profile compared to refined sugar. It has hints of caramel, vanilla, and even a touch of smokiness, depending on the grade. Pure maple syrup is packed with antioxidants that help fight free radicals and may contribute to improved overall health. It contains small amounts of minerals like manganese, zinc, and calcium, adding a touch of nutritional value to your dish. You can replace pure Maple syrup with Agave nectar or Honey if you prefer.
Pure Vanilla Extract: Made from real vanilla beans steeped in alcohol, pure vanilla extract is a natural and authentic way to add vanilla flavor. This is in contrast to artificial extracts containing synthetic chemicals that lack the complexity of real vanilla. The essence of pure vanilla extract lies in its intoxicating aroma. It boasts a complex fragrance with floral notes, hints of caramel, and a touch of spice, adding depth and intrigue to any dish.
